Its novelty lies in positioning Sustainable Career Development as a mediating variable—an area rarely explored in studies involving female civil servants. The findings offer new insights into how organizational and personal factors jointly shape employee engagement in bureaucratic settings.
2025-09-13T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Hapsari Pradana Iswari, Mafizatun Nurhayati http://journal.adpebi.com/index.php/AIJB/article/view/1517 The Influence of Green Human Resource Management and Work-Life Balance on Environmental Performance Mediated by Green Innovation 2025-09-12T09:14:27+07:00 Heni Purwanti 55123110030@student.mercubuana.ac.id Mafizatun Nurhayati admin@adpebi.com
Purpose – This study aims to examine the influence of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Work-Life Balance (WLB) on Environmental Performance (EP), with Green Innovation (GI) as a mediating variable, within the context of a manufacturing company in Indonesia.

Methodology/approach – A quantitative approach using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 100 permanent employees of PT. Sankei Gohsyu Industries. The constructs were measured using validated indicators derived from prior studies.

Findings – The results reveal that GHRM has a significant positive effect on both EP and GI. WLB significantly influences EP but does not significantly affect GI. Additionally, GI does not significantly impact EP and fails to mediate the relationship between GHRM and EP, nor between WLB and EP. These findings suggest that while green HR practices and work-life balance are vital in enhancing environmental outcomes, green innovation alone may not yet serve as an effective mediating mechanism in this organizational setting.

Novelty/value – This research contributes to the growing body of literature on sustainable HRM by clarifying the distinct roles of green HR practices and work-life balance in fostering environmental performance. It also highlights the limited mediating role of green innovation in this relationship, providing practical implications for HR and environmental policy strategies in the manufacturing sector of emerging economies.
2025-09-15T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Heni Purwanti, Mafizatun Nurhayati http://journal.adpebi.com/index.php/AIJB/article/view/1425 Improving Marketing Performance Through the Role of Business Networks as Mediating Variables in MSMEs Bakery Products 2025-07-11T20:44:20+07:00 Putri Cyintia Anggraeni putricyintiaanggraeni@gmail.com Meutia Meutia tia_almer@yahoo.co.id Hayati Nupus hnnufus77@untirta.ac.id
Purpose - This study aims to examine the effect of proactive orientation and risk-taking orientation on marketing performance and the role of business network as a mediating variable in Micro MSMEs of bakery products in Serang City.

Methodology– This study used quantitative methods, instrument testing using SPSS-26, inferential testing, and hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach . Data were collected using a questionnaire that measures two main variables: gadget addiction (X) and time management (Y). A simple linear regression test was conducted to examine the effect of gadget addiction on time management. The results showed that gadget addiction has an effect on time management, with a regression coefficient value of 0.4723. Simultaneous testing also confirmed that gadget addiction has a significant influence on students' overall time management. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.5462 indicates that approximately 54.62 % of the variation in time management can be explained by gadget addiction. This study provides important insights for student organizations and educational institutions to improve time management by controlling excessive gadget use, in order to increase organizational productivity and performance.
2025-10-06T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Febria Nurmelia Marlina, Irwan Cahyadi , Layali Ihyani , Ega Dwi Putri Marswandi http://journal.adpebi.com/index.php/AIJB/article/view/1397 Analysis of Lean Manufacturing Efficiency and Effectiveness Using a Digital Kanban System 2025-06-23T17:46:36+07:00 Muhammad Rezki Dwijayanto muhammadrezkidwijayanto@gmail.com Maya Irjayanti maya@gmail.com
PT TMSS Yageo Indonesia faced challenges in the material delivery process using the conventional Kanban system. Delays and errors in material filling were detected throughout the process. To improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of material delivery, the company implemented the digitalization of the Digital Kanban System (SKD) integrated with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

This study focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of the SKD implementation, which is connected to the ERP system in managing Kanban-based material delivery. This approach is expected to improve delivery time efficiency and reduce errors during the material delivery process.

Three key indicators were used to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of SKD: On-Time Delivery (OTD), delivery efficiency, and material accuracy to the production line. OTD was evaluated based on the percentage of deliveries arriving on time compared to the total number of deliveries during a defined period. The evaluation of efficiency relied on measuring how actual delivery durations corresponded to the predetermined cycle time benchmarks. Efficiency was assessed by evaluating the difference between actual delivery performance and the expected cycle time. These indicators demonstrate how effectively the SKD supports a consistent and reliable material delivery process.

The research findings show that On-Time Delivery (OTDm) achieved a 100% rate with no recorded delays. The observation period showed a consistently high level of delivery efficiency. The highest number of deliveries was recorded in the second month, and no delays occurred during the study.

According to the study's findings, a comprehensive rollout of the SKD in the whole production environment would be advantageous. To support system adaptability and long-term efficiency, it is vital to improve monitoring processes, provide ongoing workforce development, and encourage continuous research efforts.
2025-11-11T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Muhammad Rezki Dwijayanto, Maya Irjayanti http://journal.adpebi.com/index.php/AIJB/article/view/1415 Stability and Survival of the Banking Sector in Indonesia 2025-11-04T11:54:49+07:00 Agnes Melissa Sitepu agnesmks23@gmail.com Farida Titik Kristanti faridatk@telkomuniversity.ac.id

Purpose – This paper seeks to examine the stability and survival of banking institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2024, using the Altman Z''-Score to assess financial distress and the Cox Proportional Hazards Model to evaluate the impact of macroeconomic factors such as inflation, interest rates, and economic growth on their survival probability.

Methodology/approach – A quantitative research approach was employed, using financial data from annual reports of banking institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015–2024 period.
