It involves a deep understanding of the business environment, competitors, market trends, and other factors influencing an organization's success. By using strategic intelligence, organizations can identify opportunities, anticipate threats, and take appropriate steps to achieve their goals effectively. Pharmacy departments in hospitals have significant potential to generate significant revenue for the hospital. However, pharmacies often face a number of challenges that hinder operational efficiency and effectiveness. These challenges include large and excess inventories, high values of expired medications, long waiting times to obtain medications, and stock shortages. To address these challenges, the implementation of strategic intelligence in pharmacy management becomes crucial. By collecting and analyzing relevant data, pharmacies can identify patterns in medication demand, inventory trends, and causes of stockouts. By leveraging insights generated from data analysis, pharmacies can develop strategies to optimize inventory, improve the efficiency of medication delivery processes to patients, and manage medication stocks more effectively. Thus, the implementation of strategic intelligence can help hospital pharmacies improve performance, reduce waste, and enhance patient satisfaction, thereby supporting the creation of more efficient, effective, and sustainable pharmacy units in the long run.</p> 2024-02-15T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 International Journal of Law, Policy, and Governance http://journal.adpebi.com/index.php/ijlpg/article/view/899 Analysis of the Effectiveness of Policy Implementation Passenger Services 2024-03-11T07:25:35+07:00 Hendra Cahyadie hendracahyadieut85@gmail.com Rulinawaty kasmad hendracahyadieut85@gmail.com Syamsuri Syamsuri hendracahyadieut85@gmail.com Agus Joko Purwanto mafizatun.nurhayati@mercubuana.ac.id <p>this research uses a qualitative approach based on the Theory of Public Policy Implementation presented by George Edward III. The scope and limits of powers of each of these units of governments is defined in terms of federalism and decentralization. The basic provisions regarding the distribution of powers between the Central and Provincial (state) governments are present in Part XI (Article 246) of the Constitution of India. The Constituent Assembly followed the system of division of powers as was envisaged in the Government of India Act of 1935 regarding the provisions about division of power in India. The items that can be legislated by the Union government, the State governments and jointly both by the Union government and State governments are mentioned in the lists known as List I- Union List, List II- State List and List III- Concurrent List. The present paper is an attempt to unravel the constitutional model of federal arrangements as networks of relationships weaved around and running across three points, Centre, State and institutions of local- self government. It is hereby argued that Constitution of India does provide for the Union having exclusive and special relationship with some states with a view to promote and to accommodate ethno- cultural perspective</p> 2024-03-11T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 International Journal of Law, Policy, and Governance http://journal.adpebi.com/index.php/ijlpg/article/view/897 Fraud Prevention: Exploring the Contributions of Forensic Accounting, Investigative Auditing, and Whistleblowing Effectiveness 2024-03-08T14:32:00+07:00 Sugeng Riadi sugeng@polibatam.ac.id Puja Aprilian aprilianpuja@gmail.com <p>This research is aimed at investigating whether fraud prevention is affected by factors such as forensic accounting, investigative audits, and the effectiveness of the whistleblowing system.
