Equation Modelling-Analysis of Moment Structures (SEM-AMOS). The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling with a subjective sampling procedure or sampling using a purposive sampling technique, by taking data from 330 Indonesian Navy officers who served for a minimum 5 years in the Indonesian Navy.

Findings – The findings in this research there is positive influence of Technology Readiness on Organizational Performance, Strategic Leadership on Competency Development, Organizational Change on Organizational Performance, Organizational Change on Competency Development, Competency Development on Organizational Performance, and Organizational Change on Organizational Performance which is mediated by Competency Development.

Novelty/value –The TNI AL (Indonesian Navy) organization tries to adapt to technological developments and changes in the strategic environment by making changes to its organization. Effective organizational change correlates with better organizational performance. Apart from that, a positive influence founded between Organizational Change on Organizational Performance which mediated by Competency Development. Organizational Change as a form of organizational adaptation, if followed by appropriate Competency Development policies, will encourage the enhancement of Indonesian Navy (TNI-AL) Organizational Performance.
Yohanis Kalambo, Sarfilianty Anggiani, Bahtiar Usman Copyright (c) 2024 ADPEBI International Journal of Business and Social Science https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journal.adpebi.com/index.php/IJBS/article/view/936 Fri, 19 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0700 UTAUT Model Mediated by Government Information System to the Intention to Use of Indonesian Local Government https://journal.adpebi.com/index.php/IJBS/article/view/941
Purpose – This study investigates the role of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model on the intention to use mediated by the Government Information System. In the context of this study, the implementation of government information systems through the application of local government information systems (SIPD) in Regional Governments in Indonesia. Methodology/approach –The population in this study includes: Primary High Leadership Officials, Administrator Officers, Supervisory Officers, and SIPD Management ASNs in the Ministry of Home Affairs and local governments with a total sample of 358 respondents. This study uses a form of sampling in the form of purposive sampling and probability sampling, with the sampling technique used in the form of simple random. When viewed from the relationship between variables, this study is included in associative research. The data processing and analysis techniques used in this study were carried out through Descriptive Statistical Tests and Structural Equation Model (SEM). Findings – Based on the results of the study, it is known that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Condition, either directly or indirectly through the Government Information System as the variable that mediates it, have had an influence on the Intention To use SIPD application. Novelty/value – The novelty of this study fills the research gap by involving the role of the government information system (SIPD) as a mediating factor between performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences, and conditions that facilitate intention to use which is limited only to age and experience as control variables. Thus, a more comprehensive picture of the results of how the influence of factors in UTAUT is mediated by the role of SIPD, and see the extent to which the implications of implementing SIPD in local government can affect the intention to use by civil servants in Indonesia and as recommendations for related parties in developing government information systems.
Dian Hasanah, Sarfilianty Anggiani, Bahtiar Usman Copyright (c) 2024 ADPEBI International Journal of Business and Social Science https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journal.adpebi.com/index.php/IJBS/article/view/941 Fri, 26 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Proposed Financial Education Program for Selected Rice Farmers in The Municipality of Bongabong https://journal.adpebi.com/index.php/IJBS/article/view/838
ABSTRACT

Purpose – The study determined the relationship of their profile, level of financial literacy, and extent of financial literacy practices to the level of financial standing of the selected rice farmers in Municipality of Bongabong.
Methodology/approach – The study surveyed 84 selected rice farmers in Municipality of Bongabong. The study used descriptive-correlational research design, and percentage, weighted mean, and multiple regression for the treatment of data. A survey questionnaire, interview and focus group discussion were made in data gathering.
Findings – The study revealed that selected rice farmers have remarkably high levels of financial literacy in terms of budgeting, savings, and debt management. Also, the selected rice farmers have strong financial position in terms of income, indicating that rice farming and their other sources of income generate a lot of money. However, it was found to be low in terms of social security, financial risk management, and investing. Moreover, their ability to cope with farming and household expenses, as well as savings, are limited. The study concluded that income and financial literacy knowledge in terms of borrowing had a positive influence on rice farmers' financial standing; thus, increased income generation and financial knowledge are essential to sound financial well-being.
Novelty/value – Based on the findings, the researcher proposed a financial education program tailored to the needs and circumstances of rice farmers. With this, issues in financial constraints of the rice farmers could be addressed through the community extension focused on financial education.

Jared Melendres Copyright (c) 2024 ADPEBI International Journal of Business and Social Science https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journal.adpebi.com/index.php/IJBS/article/view/838 Sun, 28 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Quo Vadis Loss and Damage Fund After Cop28? https://journal.adpebi.com/index.php/IJBS/article/view/940
One of the critical decisions of COP28 related to the L&D fund. Developing countries are confused. If the WB manages L&D, 12% of the fund will be deducted from the WB. If the fund is not managed correctly with World Bank standards, transaction costs, and leakage will result in the L&D fund losing a lot. Based on background, the paper examines how financing climate change L&D will work for developing countries. The findings in this paper show that if the WB manages the L&D fund. The fund management's independence, transparency, and effectiveness will likely be interfered with by certain countries with interests. Therefore, it is essential to publish an independent institution for managing and operating the distribution of L&D funds under the auspices of the UNFCC. In addition, the need for a particular chapter in the IPCC on L&D funds encourages and strengthens the seriousness of developed countries with the consistency of responsibility for the fund. Also, private companies that have interests or contribute the most to high emissions need to contribute to this fund. Furthermore, in the author's opinion, L&D funding is considered successful if it fulfills the following four things: consistency, clarity, community-driven, and corruption-free
Amalia Zuhra, Ahmad Sabirin Copyright (c) 2024 ADPEBI International Journal of Business and Social Science https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journal.adpebi.com/index.php/IJBS/article/view/940 Tue, 30 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0700
