Focus and Scope
INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT is published by the Indonesian Association of Researchers Lecturer in Economics and Business (ADPEBI). From the beginning, the aim of the Journal is to foster academic research by publishing original research articles that meet the highest analytical standards, and provide new insights that contribute and spread the business and economics knowledge.
The journal publishes research and review articles, case studies, discussions, and book reviews on the topics that are critical to today's organization development practitioners, operations managers, and human resource professionals.
